1. Who ships my order? 

Your orders are delivered straight from the studios of the designers/ brands. Fabri is not responsible for any brands shipping.

 

2. How much do I pay for shipping? 

Shipping prices vary for every designer/ brand. Some designers offer free shipping and/ or Local Pickup possibility which is free. Please check the shipping details of the designers from the product page.

Shipping prices vary from 5-20€

Everywhere else

3. What about shipping If order from multiple brands?

Since every brand ships from its own location, you will have to pay shipping for each brand you order from. We offer free shipping for orders exceeding 200€. Many of our brands offer free shipping or local pick-up. Check shipping information for each brand separately from their brand profile and by clicking on a product.

 

4. How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be shortly sent an email with a tracking number.

5. Returns

The return policies vary for every designer/ brand. Please check the return policy of the designer you are interested in from the product page.

 

6. How do I use my promo code? 

You will be able to use a valid promo code at the checkout.
