We hope that you adore your new Marea Seize jewelry. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date you received your order. The returned products must be unused and in original shape, including original packaging. The client is responsible for covering the return fees and is also responsible of the product parcel until it reaches our studio. Please note that the all returns must be shipped in a parcel with tracking code. Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality check. Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that leaving an order uncollected from the postal office does not count as a return.
