Refund and Returns Policy

Please check first the return policy for each designer from their designer profile. For every designer that does not have a refund policy we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return but not on items that are made on order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
