(“fabriplatform.com”, or “we” or “us” or “our”) include the fabriplatform.com website, Instagram, FB, and Linkedin @fabriplatform. This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the fabriplatform.com Services. By using the fabriplatform.com Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply just browse the fabriplatform.com Website) or you are a “Member” (which means that you have registered with fabriplatform.com) The term “User” refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the fabriplatform.com Services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read and examine this Agreement and its various parts carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the fabriplatform.com website and discontinue the use of the fabriplatform.com Services immediately. This Agreement includes our policy for acceptable use of the fabriplatform.com Services and Content posted on the fabriplatform.com Website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the fabriplatform.com Services and our Privacy policy.

We may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. If you do not agree with such modification you have the right to terminate your agreement with us, It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Customer requirements

By placing and making an order, you are making a legal commitment that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions and to purchase the Product and you are the person stated in the information provided for us.
By purchasing a Product, you confirm
that:

1. all information you provide is correct and accurate;
2. you are authorized to use the credit or debit card, or the online payment method used to purchase the Product; and
3. there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover all costs required for settling the order.

Ordering and availability:

In cases there occurs some delay, it is possible that selected Product(s) may no longer be available. In such a case, you will be invited to begin your selection of Products over again.

Products may be ordered by selecting the items you wish to purchase and following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You have the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order.
fabriplatform.com and the designers will not be held responsible for input errors created by you, nor for any subsequent delivery delays or errors. Different designers have different mechanisms for handling order mistakes. If you make a mistake in your order, please contact fabriplatform.com Customer Care via [email protected].

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email from fabriplatform.com acknowledging that we have received your order by providing you with an order reference number. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by fabriplatform.com (on behalf of the relevant designer). We reserve the right not to submit your order to our designer, and the designers reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, the Product ordered is not available, your payment has not been authorized, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g. the delivery address is not a location to which the designer delivers).

The Order Confirmation Email will include a description of the Product(s) ordered and an order summary. You acknowledge that having selected the ‘Pay Now’ button for the ordered Product(s) you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s) once your order is accepted. After this, the Vendors will start to prepare your product and ship it to your adress.
