All orders will be sent via Posti. Estimated delivery time is 1 – 3 work days after leaving our warehouse. You will see the expected delivery date for your purchase when proceeding to check-out. The calculated delivery date includes both the processing time at our warehouse and the transit time of the courier. Our processing time is 1-2 working days including verification and packing of your order.
Returns 1) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. 2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 3) The postal fees for this kind of a return are on the customer. We will dismiss the returned product if: – The product shows signs of visible use or natural wear – The product is damaged as a result of return transport We reimburse the price of returned items (excluding duties, local taxes, shipping costs or other expenses). Return costs are not covered by The Pavonini. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and if you have received an imperfect product please contact us on email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Exchanges We do not accept exchanges unless the reason for the exchange is listed below "Damages an issues". Unclaimed packages For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
