Shipping information

Direct from designers: At Fabri, each piece you purchase is shipped directly by the independent designer who created it from across the globe. This means your items may arrive in the designer’s own packaging and through their chosen shipping provider. Depending on your location, import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple designers, multiple packages: If your order includes items from different designers, expect each to arrive separately. Each designer manages their own shipping, which means shipping costs are calculated per designer and added together in your cart. Shipping costs can be higher when you order items from different designers.

Shipping times and costs: Since we work with a diverse group of designers from around the world, shipping times and costs vary. All shipping times are estimates and shipping fees vary per designer. Detailed shipping information, including estimated production times for made-to-order items, is available under the ‘Shipping’ tab on each product page. Please see this tab for information on where your order will be shipped from, as well as shipping costs and production times.

Tracking your order: Once your item is on its way, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information. Keep an eye on your inbox to follow your purchase’s journey. Please check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your order. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in the return of your parcel, and you will be liable to pay the taxes as these will have been charged to the designer.

Missed deliveries: Fabri is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

Additional shipping charges: Our shipping rates are carefully structured to encompass the majority of shipments. Occasionally, specific customer addresses might necessitate supplementary shipping expenses due to factors such as remote locations or specialized delivery requirements. We remain committed to transparency and will communicate any such additional charges via email, providing you with the option to cancel the order if needed.

Returns and refunds

Fabri’s Levels of Refund and Return: Fabri works in levels when it comes to refunds and returns. First, we guide you to check each designer’s own refund and return policy available in the section of each product. If there is no specific policy provided by the designer, Fabri’s general return policy applies.

Designer-specific return policies: Each designer at Fabri may have their own return policy, which is detailed on their product pages. This policy will apply first if you decide to return an item.

Fabri’s return policy: In cases where the designer does not have a specific policy, Fabri’s general return policy applies. You can return eligible items for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Eligibility: Returns of unworn and tagged items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, except for made-to-order, pre-order, and certain non-returnable items (e.g., personalized orders, intimate wear).

Making a return: Should you wish to make a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary details for sending your item back.

At Fabri, all transactions are securely processed using Stripe, a leading global payment processor.
